What you can expect

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Being the key point of contact all along the employee life-cycle
  • Partnering with the business lines to implement and develop innovative solutions for the employee experience
  • Advising on the succession plan, analyzing the talents pyramid, and building recommendations
  • Supporting leadership effectiveness by providing analytical reports and leveraging the current model
  • Evaluating HR policies & processes to ensure the compliance with the Swiss law and the Capgemini value proposition
  • Creating and Developing new activities to improve the employee engagement
  • Making sure to connect closely the HRBP scope with the Business and HR stakeholders
  • Acting as a facilitator and an innovative team member within global HR projects implementation

What we expect from you

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management and coaching
  • Solid experience and valuable track record in supporting leadership teams' performance and implementing people related projects
  • A strong understanding of Swiss Employment Law, with knowledge about specifics and differences between cantons
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • At ease with office IT tools and systems
  • Ability to work in a matrix, multinational and fast-paced environment
  • Team spirit, Interpersonal skills, Ethical attitude, and Engagement are key requirements
  • Fluency in English - Proficiency in German or French
