The ideal candidate will have a background in the end-to-end recruitment of Technical Talent and will have in-house talent acquisition experience or from an external/RPO background that exposed you to pro-actively searching for talent via different channels.
The ideal candidate is ready and willing to liaise with line managers and be proactive in owning the end-to-end candidate lifecycle. You will partner with People & Culture colleagues and work closely with line managers across the organization who are looking for technical talent in our key regions such as UK, Finland, US, Singapore and the Nordics.

Partner with hiring managers and Business HR to fully understand requirements for vacant and upcoming positions
Putting together Talent Attraction plans to help identify top talent in the market
Attend career events such as University fairs to source and network with potential candidates
Engage, communicate and negotiate with potential candidates
Sourcing top talent through multiple channels
Liaising with candidates throughout the offer process
Talent Acquisition projects and other People Operations initiatives i.e. employer banding Take part in employer branding initiatives
Keep ATS and other data sharing platforms up to date ensuring accurate reporting capabilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the hiring process i.e. Interview scheduling, checking Right to Work, Communication with the candidates and managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing feedback to candidates etc.
What are we looking for?
We need someone that is highly organized and able to manage multiple requests and tasks
Previous experience in a similar role, as an in-house expert or an external search consultant
Strong experience of using sourcing tools such as Linkedin Recruiter and CV databases
A good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and processes
Previous experience using an ATS system for managing candidates and interview processes
Strong communication and influencing skills
Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of MS office
