We are looking for a dedicated/experienced/driven person to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent/bold/passionate HSE team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing/ramping up fire safety issues and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling fire safety issues on all levels. The bulk of the work will be geared towards fire safety during construction and the creation of guidance documentation, as well as handling the day-to-day tasks and questions that comes.
About the team
You will contribute in making Northvolt ETT a safe place to work from a fire safety perspective. You will be a part of a larger team that deals with all aspects of HSE, so your contribution is highly important to us.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tasks:
- Ensure the factory compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Report and investigate fire safety related incidents, accidents, etc.
- Plan and perform internal education for staff
- Work together with BAS-U and HSE controllers on construction fire safety
- Handle day-to-day questions from the organization

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- Relevant training in technical and organizational fire protection and emergency preparedness
- High knowledge of Swedish law and regulations governing fire protection work

Excellent knowledge about SBA (Systematic Fire Prevention)

Good knowledge about best practices when it comes to emergency response.

The ability to communicate guidelines to a multidisciplinary, as well as multinational, workforce is essential.

Educational experience.
Bonus points for:
- Experience from inspection and control of fire protection equipment, such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, escape routes etc.
- Good knowledge about technical solutions and equipment within fire safety and security.

Experience and interest in manufacturing industry

Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
