Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Document Controller to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Cathode Active Material group. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing Document Control management and contribute to structuring and maintaining documentation and developing systematic procedures for incoming documents for current and Northvolt expansion sites.
About the job
Document controller will be responsible to ensure that all documentation is created, distributed, reviewed, and approved in accordance with the procedures of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software Teamcenter and other internal document management systems such as SharePoint or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Document Controller works closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of current projects – engineering, construction, commissioning and production.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the transfer, update, review and approval of existing documentation into the Northvolt lifecycle management system Teamcenter.
Prepare, update, and maintain the Document Management Plan / Master document register.
Assist in the interface towards equipment vendors and contractors for their timely document delivery.
Provide Teamcenter training for all stakeholders upon request.
Use structured metadata information to present the completion status for document packages.
The person that we are looking for is positive, highly organized and has an eye for detail with document control experience.

We believe that you have :
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science or Business.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Document Control for large complex projects.
Previously worked within Document Control Management using PLM Teamcenter.
Microsoft office suite skills (word, excel, OneNote etc.)
