Job Description

Would you like to work with backend development for a fast growing, international tech company within digital commerce? Now you have the chance!

As a Backend Developer, you will design, develop, test, and document advanced e-commerce solutions for our customers. Your job includes developing both customer-specific and generic modules for Adobe Commerce (Magento) and system integrations between Magento and various business systems. You also participate in the development of our own tools and frameworks that make it possible to effectively maintain a large number of customer installations. Our work environment mainly consists of Magento / PHP / JavaScript (Vue, React) / MySQL / Kubernetes / Apache / Linux. Our platform for continuous deployment is built in Python.

The product that you will work with is the most exciting on the market for those who want to work with professional e-commerce solutions. Magento offers a wealth of functionality that allows us to focus on developing advanced features and improvements for our customers.

You will be employed by Vaimo in Stockholm and we have a great office at Epicenter in the middle of Stockholm. But we have a flexible work from home policy where it is up to you to plan your work schedule in order to get your life puzzle together.

Skills & Requirements

Work related skills

Several years of experience from backend development
PHP knowledge
Experience in web development
Experience of working in an agile development process
Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
It is an advantage if you have experience with Magento, Kubernetes/Docker and VueStoreFront, but not mandatory
Strong English skills, both verbal and written
