We want to join forces with a dedicated, eager and passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a crucial part when steering Jobylon towards our expansion targets in Finland. What you’ll be doing
As SDR, your main goal is to create new sales opportunities by qualifying and contacting leads in close collaboration with our Account Executives and our marketing team.
The role as SDR is one of the most important and crucial roles we will recruit as you will make a big impact on our sales process. As an SDR, you will be the glue between market and sales and the one who makes sure that our leads convert to actual customers. To summarize it, you could say that the SDR-function will be the beating heart and the machinery that makes our entire sales process progress spinning!
As an SDR, you will focus on the following parts:
Discover and reach out to new outbound prospects by researching accounts and identifying key players.
Contact inbound leads based on MQL’s handed to you from our marketing team.
Contact, follow up and book appointments with the incoming requests.
Make targeted sales efforts to book meetings with potential future customers.
Develop and improve processes to qualify and develop leads.

Previous experience of similar tasks, preferably at a SaaS company.
You know how to create relationships and are not afraid to contact decision makers at some of the largest companies in the Nordics.
You are ambitious, results-oriented and have strong communication skills.
You have a sharp business sense and a hunter mentality. You probably also like to develop processes, and contribute to Jobylon's continuous improvement.
For this role we need you to have excellent skills in Finnish and English.
