We are looking for a talented and driven B2B Country Marketing Manager to plan and deliver strategic, integrated B2B marketing activities in Sweden and lead the Nordic team. In March this year the B2B part of F-Secure was relaunched as a new brand WithSecure™. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our company and apply all your skills to make sure our new brand is known and preferred by all clients and partners in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for end-customer demand generation activities and brand awareness creation in Sweden. The marketing function is very performance driven – we want to understand the business impact of our campaigns and activities. You will enjoy this role if you are a marketer passionate to learn about our industry, get energized by end-to-end responsibility, while being hands-on in marketing execution on lead generation and brand awareness creation.

As Marketing Manager, you will have several stakeholder groups with whom you will work: central marketing team, global team of regional marketers, local sales team and key channel partners in Finland. Working closely with key commercial stakeholders within the business, you will develop and execute the local marketing plan and act as brand/market ambassador for the region. You will be responsible for external resources to build our brand and demand generation, hit commercial KPIs for lead/pipeline generation and ensure that we are positioning ourselves as thought leaders in the industry within the defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and develop global marketing strategy for regional deployment. Ensure there is a coherent and clear marketing plan tailored to the Finnish market, towards the set target audiences
  • Owner of the regional marketing budget and allocation across product and services aligned to commercial objectives, working hand in glove with local team and central marketing organization
  • Demand/lead generation activities to ensure measurable lead and sales opportunity pipeline creation together with sales and key channel partners – content and digital performance marketing (working closely with central marketing), events (hosted and industry events) and telemarketing management (in tight collaboration with business development)
  • Brand awareness creation and close collaboration with central communications/PR counterpart

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant B2B marketing experience within ICT Industry with proven track-record in significant results on demand generation and sales opportunity pipeline creation with a mix of marketing activities, aligned with sales
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and the ability to use them to create sustainable lead generation streams
  • Good understanding and experience with IT/Security channel sales & marketing and being able to drive effective co-marketing with various partners
  • Proactive, self-starter approach
  • Practical thinker, high on delivery
  • Structured planning and budget management skills with ROI driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
