Northvolt has an exciting job offer for Discipline Lead Sanitary/HVAC to work in Gdansk/Poland. We are looking for self-driven, technically competent, and savvy engineer leads to join our in-house construction design and engineering team.
You will be working on the design for our greenfield project for a new battery system production facility in Poland. For this new facility, the design will be most performed by external contractors. You will be responsible to review and approve their design and engineering work through design reviews and engineering documentation review.
As a Discipline Lead at Northvolt you will have the following responsibilities:
Your presence on site will be key to support in decisions and technical know how during execution phase of the project.
A part of your assignment will also be to interact with internal stakeholders such as process engineers where your work will be carried out in a highly international context.
The role reports to the Battery System Facility Design Manager in construction and will work closely with battery system industrialization team.
We believe you are experienced in designing large scale industrial buildings and also been taking part in the execution phase. You have a working knowledge of polish building law, permitting process and local technical regulations. Having a design and construction license would be an asset.
