Position description

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work alongside our Sales divisions to create an effective and impactful marketing campaign strategy. You will direct our PR and Digital agencies on stories and campaigns promoting our brand and products. You will assist and follow up on webinars ensuring all elements, start to finish and beyond, are up to standard. You will also lead the preparation, participation and follow up of local exhibitions.

Skills & Requirements

The area of responsibility includes:

Working with local sales teams

  • Collaborate with sales teams on local marketing campaign plan for lead generation.
  • Reporting on campaign results.
  • Work as the point of contact between local s Sales teams and to
    Marketing.
  • Assist local sales team on their needs for marketing collateral such Powerpoint slides and copy creation.
  • Identify relevant local exhibitions and lead the preparation, participation and follow up of these.

Directing the PR and Digital agencies

  • Proofread translations of press releases and other translated copy
  • Collaborate with PR agency on local stories relevant for PR
  • Work with local media partners and manage media packages, web banners, advertorials, newsletters, e-mails etc.

Working on the website uploads

  • Create and proofread copy for Web Strategist to upload to the nShift website
  • Assisting in preparing, conducting and follow-up of webinars

Competence and experience

  • Proactive self-starter with a sound business head, able to take ownership and use initiative to make sound judgements and decisions autonomously
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without ever compromising on quality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), dedicated to providing the highest level of service
  • Adept at managing and improving systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to instil confidence in those you are supporting
  • The ability to thrive within a pressurised, fast-paced and ever-changing environment – we’re ambitious, you should be too
  • Able to effectively interact, exercise discretion, judgment and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external contacts, including executive management, partners and clients
  • Proficient IT skills - Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • We need someone who is resilient and has the drive and energy to get results and deliver excellence

Education, experience and skills

Desirable:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as Marketing Campaign Manager or Project Manager with a proven track record in events management.
  • Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken.
  • Experienced in running and managing Webinars
  • Experienced in events management
