Hurtigruten is growing and next on our list is a Senior Loyalty Engagement Manager for our London office.

The purpose of this role is to create and deliver our global membership engagement strategy, including any activity and events roadmap for all channels, engagement, and re-engagement plans. We need someone to create with CRM a clear member messaging strategy and segmentation principles for all member communications across Global and Expeditions. The ideal candidate will monitor and identify propositions and benefits that are driving member engagement globally and at brand level. You will also develop and implement a roadmap of loyalty-based promotions and benefit boosters to drive member engagement, whilst working alongside eCommerce to optimise online journeys and content in both B2C and B2B channels for loyalty (content, landing pages, etc).

Skills & Requirements

  • You will be accountable for Member Engagement Strategy to drive lifetime member value globally across all HRG brands.
  • You will be responsible for the member communication plan adopting an omni-channel approach.
  • Define and implement members' journeys for land-based and sea-based benefits.
  • Manage engagement communications for Global and Expeditions.
  • Responsible for trigger-based and non-trigger-based communications driving member engagement and re-engagement.
  • Define and implement best practice working standards for member engagement processes across the organisation.
  • Deliver a roadmap of initiatives driving member engagement featuring Global and Expeditions benefits

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Effective time management, ability to work well under pressure, excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2C CRM/Marketing in travel/loyalty industry will place you in good stead.
  • Experience of creating and driving customer engagement strategies for loyalty across a mix of channels.
  • Experience of working in global organisation with a local and central function.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience of leading teams and working in a matrix organisation to deliver strategic priorities.
