Role Purpose

As Hurtigruten continues to expand we are now on the lookout for a Loyalty Operations Manager to join our UK team in London. This person will be responsible for all the operational elements of our global loyalty program. This involves identifying customer pain points and solutions within loyalty operations for both land-based and sea-based operations. As a loyalty operation manager, you will be the central point of contact for our business units and brands for all operational items.

As a Loyalty Operation Manager, you will improve and enhance all aspects of loyalty operations, resulting in a positive increase in member satisfaction. Not to mention support removal of operational pain points for members and business units. This role reports to our Global Head of Loyalty and will see the right individual work in a collaborative cross-functional way across key stakeholders and business units, removing silos.

Skills & Requirements

  • Operational fulfillment of the Loyalty program delivery to members across land-based and sea-based journeys.
  • At least 3+ years’ experience working in an operational support role across sales and marketing.

  • Accountable for creating and implementing operational standards and defining working principles of autonomy between business units and loyalty team.

  • Manage the relationship with CSC and Sales Markets for all operational and customers issues and queries

  • Must be a self-starter, with strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Pays attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills.

  • Experience of agile working in a matrix organisation across operational and non-operational areas.

  • Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure, excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Working knowledge of loyalty/travel industry will be a distinct advantage
