This involves identifying customer pain points and solutions within loyalty operations for both land-based and sea-based operations. As a loyalty operation manager, you will be the central point of contact for our business units and brands for all operational items.

As a Loyalty Operation Manager, you will improve and enhance all aspects of loyalty operations, resulting in a positive increase in member satisfaction.
