As Hurtigruten continues to expand we are now seeking a Loyalty Acquisition Manager to join our global marketing team in London. Reporting into the Global Head of Loyalty, this individual will be responsible for creating and delivering a member acquisition strategy to drive growth globally and also in core markets for loyalty members from Hurtigruten channels.

Working alongside our Loyalty Partnerships and Membership Engagement teams, the Loyalty Acquisition Manager will create and deliver a partner acquisition strategy identifying high-value travellers to enrol in our loyalty program and ensure all member onboarding journeys run smoothly into the loyalty program.

The Loyalty Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for delivering an always-on and tactical acquisition activity across owned channels and external channels.

Skills & Requirements

Responsibilities & objectives

  • You will create and implement the member acquisition strategy across owned channels.
  • You will be accountable for optimising the acquisition customer journey online and offline creating a seamless experience.
  • Responsible for onboarding communication to new members, including the content and communication plan.
  • Jointly with local markets, you will deliver plans to support acquisition targets by market optimising all channels e.g. online, events, trade etc.
  • Lead the acquisition growth of new members into loyalty by channel, partnership and local market.
  • Manage acquisition communication performance to support member engagement.
  • Create seamless acquisition journeys in owned channels delivering customer satisfaction.

Key skills & requirements

  • Effective time management, ability to work well under pressure, excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2C CRM/Marketing supporting acquisition journeys.
  • Track record of successfully creating and delivering member acquisition strategies with growth.
  • Experience of working in global organisations with a local and central function.
  • Prior experience of leading teams and working in a matrix organisation to deliver strategic priorities
