Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the global sales force throughout the Lead to Cash process and supports contract approvals, contract review and billing. You will be involved in reviewing business rules governing the sales organisation and overseeing improvements in the company’s sales force automation systems.

You will be required to perform analysis on different aspects of the sales process to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and will work on projects dedicated to improving sales efficiency across the company. You will work with a broad selection of departments across Meltwater, including but not limited to I.T., Legal, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contract approvals, contract review and billing support.

  • Proactively work with sales for post-sales internal result adjustments.

  • Familiarity with all business rules and understanding of their context.

  • Frequent communication with sales force.

  • Thorough understanding of CRM and ERP systems (Netsuite and Jira).

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline will be highly regarded

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Track record for meeting goals and deadlines

  • Ability to communicate in mandarin is highly regarded
