Job Description

System Architect provides technical guidance and design to support Technical Excellence within Country Unit. Together with the Technical Manager they form the Technical Leadership for the Country Unit. They complement the Business Analyst/Solution Architect role to bring great designs to teams and make sure that we can deliver on the client's needs - provide input on what is possible to do.

A System Architect is expected to be knowledgeable in a wide range of technologies and able to judge their applicability to specific situations. He/she is able to apply their knowledge to practical situations, but also evaluate the cost/benefits of various solutions using different technologies.

Support the delivery teams in building large and medium-size eCommerce solutions for our customers by:​

  • Providing technical consultation on software architecture decisions.
  • Plan, and document reusable components and features.
  • Participate in discoveries, client meetings etc.
Skills & Requirements
  • Solid technical experience
  • A needs analysis from the Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or similar business requirements focused role which outlines what features are required for a client project
  • Anticipating the needs of the Teams they support so that they can create, improve, or coordinate filling the needs
  • An understanding of the technical landscape of Vaimo as well as the direction we're going in so that we can help teams navigate it
  • Strong problem solving skills, great communication skills, stress-resistant
  • Flexibility and agility
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
