SF Anytime is the leading video on-demand service in the Nordics and Baltics and offers a variety of films and series, ranging from the latest Hollywood blockbusters to independent movies and local Nordic favorites. SF Anytime offers movies and series both through partners and directly to end-consumers. SF Anytime is part of SF Studios, one of the world’s oldest film companies founded in 1919.
As our Operations coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating and preparing our content for digital releases. Your overall responsibility will be to timely gather materials before our digital release dates in the Nordics and the Baltics. In detail, you will:
Order feature, trailer and subtitle materials from all leading studios
Working closely with our coding supplier
Contact person for metadata intake
Plan and structure media intake with our content team
Secure that everything necessary, such as synopsis, images, feature, trailer and subtitles are in place for the release
First line support for our customer support and B2B partners regarding content
The position is based in our Stockholm office, but you will work with partners in the Nordics and the rest of the world. The role reports to Head of Product & E-commerce, Roger Levy.
