SF Anytime is the leading video on-demand service in the Nordics and Baltics and offers a variety of films, ranging from the latest Hollywood blockbusters to independent movies and local Nordic favorites. We have been the transactional streaming service of choice for the past 20 years and you will lead our B2C sales area together with a strong team to optimize sales directly to end consumers.
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations and the team that are responsible for customer acquisition (B2C digital marketing), the optimization of the shop (www.sfanytime.com and related platforms) as well as sales to existing customers (CRM). Among other things, you will work with:
Lead a team of professionals according to appropriate leadership principles and values
Define and own relevant KPI's
Grow our return on investment and revenue from paid and organic search and social media, working with our external agency
Manage the daily operations within marketing, sales activities, CRM including optimization of growth.
Take ownership of website performance and optimization roadmap
Build effective internal and external relationships
The position is based in our Stockholm office, the role reports to Head of Product & E-commerce, Roger Levy.

Highly coordinated e-commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.
Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
Experience in leading teams and day-to-day operations in areas such as online shop, CRM, and digital marketing
Knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
Fluent in English both written and spoken
