We are now looking for a Customer Analyst to be part of our Nordic Sales Excellence team. The position is based in our Helsinki HQ but we work hybrid which offers good flexibility between meeting people at the office and working from elsewhere. The start date for the position is flexible, but ideally as soon as possible.

As a Customer Analyst for Nordics, you’ll be an important stakeholder to many in Enento Group and you’ll have a broad range of responsibilities.

You’ll make an impression when you:

  • Provide key insight & analysis about Enento’s customers – from all markets and business areas (Nordic)
  • Develop and maintain our business-critical reporting and analysis system (Power BI)
  • Boost sales by working together with sales (e.g., customer white spot, churn analysis)
  • Participate in the development of KPI’s for sales (CRM & invoicing based)
  • Build cross border understanding of services, pricing, and impacts

With that said, your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Power BI reporting and development
  • Data improvement and maintenance
  • Automating dataflows and processes
  • Analyzing customer data, behavior and predicting most likely outcomes
  • Follow up, monitor, and observe financial impact per customer segment/vertical/size
  • Reporting (e.g., Weekly Sales Pulse, Monthly Sales Report)
  • Educating people to Power Bi
  • Lead/participate in initiatives such as white spot analysis, churn analysis, re-segmentation, sales goal formulation
  • Supporting stakeholders, including senior management, with their sales and customer analysis and data needs

To be successful in the role, we believe that you have experience in business analysis, data modeling, reporting and dashboarding using BI tool (Power BI or another).

We place great emphasis in your personal characteristics and positive attitude and are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to identify and solve complex problems, and drive improvements. Furthermore, we emphasize strong communicative skills in sense of verbal and presentation skills (expertise in creating various visualizations like line charts, histograms, tables, and so forth into rich look).

In addition to above, you are confident working in English in cross-border Nordic team. Understanding of Financial industry is an asset.
