Would you see yourself working in a role which is crucial to Enento’s CRM success? A few years ago, we chose Salesforce to be our Nordic CRM system and started to build our joint platform. We have come far, but there is still plenty to do, and we would like you to join us and take that challenge!

The position is either based in Stockholm or in our Helsinki HQ but we work hybrid which offers good flexibility between meeting people at the office and working from elsewhere. The start date for the position is flexible, but ideally as soon as possible.

As a CRM Specialist for Nordics , you’ll be an important stakeholder to all in Enento and you’ll have a broad range of responsibilities:

In terms of strategic responsibilities, you

• together with your internal stakeholders, design, implement, and support our Nordic CRM strategy
• evaluate current roadmap, suggest, and build business cases on how we can make Salesforce grow us
• safeguard that our investment in the platform is maximized

Related to collaboration and training, we would like to think of you as our internal Salesforce consultant as you

• act as a liaison between our employees and Salesforce software
• onboard and educate people in all Nordic countries
• record instructions and guidelines on how to use Salesforce

You will have a key role in admin and development because you

• gather and document requirements and suggest solutions
• spot ways to improve the usage of Salesforce through automation
• define and deliver Nordic processes and ensure implementation
• establish workflows and standards that are critical in creating successful and repeatable processes
• are active in development (testing, small configurations) and release work

As we operate in data business, we want our CRM data to be accurate and actionable. Thus you:

• are enthusiastic to work with data quality assurance to maximize the efficiency of Salesforce
• have skills to analyze and interpret data to provide insight and support decision-making

We hope that you have experience and technical expertise in CRM (Salesforce or other) but also process related understanding. Perhaps you have been involved with projects and process automation initiatives and bring that insight with you. We place great emphasis on you taking ownership, leading projects and that you feel confident working under your own direction. You have the ability to recognize smart business cases that contribute to better CRM experience and processes and bring those forward. You are solution oriented with your problem-solving skills.

Most important, you are enthusiastic to take our CRM capability to the next level. We value your good training and communication skills, as well as ability to involve, inspire and engage others. You are confident working in English with people in all Nordics.

Understanding SAFe framework and BI reporting tool (PowerBi or other) is an asset but not a must.
