Your role
We are looking for a Process Expert to join our Digital Engineering's team working on exciting projects in the telecommunication sector.
- You will be responsible of translation of project requirements into user stories;
- Define user stories with SMEs;
- Definition of test scenarios, validation of test scenario’s to prepare go live decision;
- Define roles & responsibilities;
- Create cross functional flows (BPMN 2.0);
- Validate the process flows & ensure the relevant metrics are available to ensure the process is & remains fit for purpose;
- More business processes oriented and less on IT systems.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Experience in telco sector is a big plus;
- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Experience with Aris or Green Belt and/or BPMN;
- Assertive & Work Independent/autonomously;
- Strong communication skills (Sr Management interactions);
