Process Engineer

Job Description

Mission

As a Process Engineer it is your mission to optimize the processes that take place in production sites of our pharmaceutical, energy and chemical clients in Brussels, Flanders or Wallonia.

Depending on your project, your role will be to

• Develop and/or improve basic and detailed designs of process activities.
• Write specifications, URS, datasheet, functional analysis, etc.
• Write and review process engineering and manufacturing documentation.
• Prioritize operational and EHS aspects.
• Contribute to the execution of risk assessments.
• Coordinate and/or execute process performance test.
• Work in close collaboration with production, engineering, maintenance, EHS, QC, QA, etc.
• Ensure handover with final users.

Let's talk about you

• A Master's degree in engineering (Chemical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Biochemical) or equivalent in experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
  
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Energy or Chemical sectors is an asset.
  
• Knowledge of management (project/team management) is an asset.
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing documentation (P&ID) is an asset.
  
• Knowledge of process equipment in a GMP environment is an asset.
  
• Knowledge of clean/black utilities and equipment is an asset.
• Knowledge of problem solving methods (5 whys, fishbone diagram, 8D problem solving techniques) is an asset.
