Controlling Manager - Nordics

In this role you will get the opportunity to join a strong and fast-growing unit within Capgemini Engineering and enjoy accelerated growth and development through exposure to multiple projects across various industries.

You will support Finance and Business management to develop finance functional strategies, financial transaction processing, risk management and business performance reporting capabilities.

Location can be Gothenburg (HQ) or Stockholm.


  • Be responsible for monthly Actuals reporting and analysis of P&L and KPIs for all Capgemini Engineering Nordics entities

  • Lead monthly forecast and annual budget process

  • Be in charge of the finance transformation / integration next steps to Capgemini Group processes and tools

  • Pilot cash control and performance

  • Drive finance processes improvement that enables higher efficiency, effectiveness and productivity among leadership

  • Provide Sales and Operations with financial data supporting performance measurement

  • Support business in ad hoc requests

  • Interact with various other Capgemini finance stakeholders

  • Manage a team of 2 to 5 persons

Your profile

  • A Finance/Accounting Bachelors degree, Masters is preferred

  • Finance Functional Strategy and Consulting experience (5 years+)

  • Finance Process improvement and optimization using Technology tools

  • Strategic Cost Reduction

  • Operating Model design

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
