Your role
The Account Manager will be responsible for successful account management and growth within the pharmaceutical sector and be responsible for developing overall market share, generating leads through active prospecting, detecting opportunities, promoting and selling key offers with the support of Solution Managers, and managing the relationship with the client. The account manager stays abreast of trends, changes and actions by competitors and train junior employees in account servicing.

  • Look for opportunities to develop strengths and improve weaknesses;
  • Work directly with clients to set strategy, programming and budgets;
  • Proactively coach team to manage and resolve customer issues;
  • Establish, maintain and coordinate service dialogue between business units;
  • Work with customer teams to drive growth initiatives.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of consulting and/or the service business development (preferably as a Sales Account Manager or Business Manager);
  • Affinity for technology, product development and production;
  • Customer centric with strong interpersonal and business management skills;
  • Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
