We are gearing up our customer focus and want you to play a key role in improving our 1:1 customer communication. We are now looking for a skilled CRO Analyst/Specialist in a newly established position to increase the effect of our customer communication. The role will contribute to increased conversions, better user experience and our ability to implement a strategy for efficient 1:1 communication.

The CRO Analyst/Specialist will be part of the Customer Communication department and reports to the Head of Customer Communication. The department has 10 employees in both Oslo and Stockholm and is part of Customer Experience & Customer Communication, which is responsible for customer dialogue and customer experience in Consumer Business in Schibsted. We are responsible for over 1.3 million subscribers across our brands.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze/report on the effect of 1:1 communication and turn this into actionable insight

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the effectiveness of 1:1 communication

  • Provide input and advice on what it takes to optimize content and ensure good usability and conversion in 1:1 communication

  • Be the initiator to continually A/B-test, useability test, analyze and drive improvements.

  • Ensure KPIs and measurement to support data-driven customer flows

  • Contribute to managing and optimizing each step of the communication/sales funnel and landing pages including CTAs

  • Work closely with media titles such as VG, Aftenposten and Aftonbladet to optimize campaign results

Experience and qualifications:

  • You should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with conversion analytics, A/B testing, strategies/tactics and relevant tools within area

  • Experience with measurement of conversion rates in digital channels

  • Understanding of user behavior and needs in the context of a customer journey

  • Ability to think outside the box - each user journey is different, and may require different ideas, approach and understanding

  • Knowledge of optimization tools and ability to use them effectively

  • Excellent written and oral language skills, in native Scandinavian language and English

  • Knowledge of UX-/service design is an advantage
