The Business Development Representative role at Klear is a fast tracked position to develop a career in Sales & Marketing. Your responsibility is to identify, cultivate and convert new business opportunities for our AE team; qualifying opportunities from our inbound marketing funnel and nurturing high value outbound opportunities. Your two success metrics are meetings booked and revenue contributed to the sales organisation. As the leading influencer marketing solution, you will have thousands of global brands to refer to as clients. We typically work with Marketing, Social Media and Digital departments, so being able to demonstrate knowledge of the challenges these teams face, as well as a strong understanding of Klear’s solution is key to your success.

Working directly with decision makers in a consultative fashion, Klear is used by a variety of industries, so you will get exposure to companies and organisations of all shapes and sizes, helping you expand your business acumen.

In addition to training in Marketing and Sales verticals, we pride ourselves in being able to develop employees for leadership roles. Our goal is to facilitate your professional growth, taking on more responsibilities once you are ready for them. For this reason, the BDR team work closely with the Marketing and Sales Directors. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead qualification & conversion to sales opportunities from outbound incentives

  • Outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaign creation and execution

  • Track and forecast sales activities

  • KPIs based around opportunities created and conversion rates

  • Proactively look for improvements in lead management and other sales & marketing processes

  • Keep abreast of new product features, updates in partnerships, customer success stories and trends

Who You Are:

  • Currently residing in Singapore
  • Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars
  • 1 year of business or internship experience, bonus points for marketing for social media experience
  • Desire to work in B2B tech sales
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward lofty goals
  • Well rounded with varied interests, background and proven leadership experience
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient
  • Excellent organisational skills including prioritisation, scheduling and time management
