We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Tools & Products team sitting in IT, based in Stockholm & remote. By joining us, you will be a key player in the delivery of multiple products and solutions the team delivers to the enterprise and to customers, and contribute to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
About the job
The Product Owner will bring value through establishing and maintaining solutions built through applications in the Power Platform environment but altso hard-coded from scratch, Atlassian, UIPath, etc. You will work to understand user needs, ensure product completeness from product inception until delivery and adoption, manage and prioritize the flow of work, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the program backlog and roadmap.
This position is a full-time role and will be located in Stockholm, in combination with remote days. The Product Owner will report to the Tools & Products Engineering Manager.
Key responsibilities
- You’ll play an integral role in the delivery of cross-company tools, software solutions, applications, automations and projects.
- Embrace your leader role across scrum teams and support them by proactively identifying and removing impediments and dependencies
- Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and consensus among the team members and dependent teams
- Demonstrate how business processes are represented in the application and how corresponding data is processed across systems
- Balance your ownership and accountability of immediate responsibilities with the flexibility and drive to jump in and help fill information gaps across the team's work
- Identify customers for the team, value of the team's work, form the vision of the product by balancing enterprise emergent needs vs. company objectives
- Be the link between the software team, customers, other stakeholders and their development teams
- Shield the team's focus and work from additional not-in-time requests by understanding and managing team's workload and at the same time balancing critical requests with ongoing deliveries.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day aspects of a formal agile and scrum process, including leading agile meetings (i.e. backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups)
- Meet with key business process owners and users to answer questions pertaining to the tools and solutions that have been developed
- Work independently with minimal supervision to drive process improvement by gathering, reconciling and analyzing data
- Create reports and dashboards for management and operations
- Work closely with key stakeholders and team members to understand, describe, and model key business processes and their associated business objects, data structures and interactions to define a best-practice used to manage multiple independent channels
- Coach the delivery team on agile practices and ensure all work meets best-practice and collaborate with architects and solution management to ensure the solution intent is continuously updated
- Identify improvement opportunities (both proactively and reactively)
- Actively use Jira Software, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps for daily work, reporting, issue tracking, and documentation

Skills & Requirements
Who you are
- You are a self-motivated individual, comfortable working independently to understand and describe highly complex sets of interactions
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- 3 years or more working in an agile/scrum/kanban environment
- Agile certifications are a plus and not mandatory
- Acknowledged for motivating and encouraging teams to implement design thinking, test and learn practices and pragmatic problem-solving approaches,
- Able to deliver adaptive, sustainable methods to defining and measuring leading indicators for efficient analysis of operational alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Able to progress enterprise long-range plans, annual plan roadmaps, and bottom-up-plannings
- Eager to use tools for adapting to decision/prioritisation frameworks and PMO processes
- Experience in the Atlassian suite: Jira Software, Advanced Roadmaps, Service Management, Confluence to optimise planning and delivery of the enterprise portfolio backlog.
- Experience in using virtual collaboration board such as LucidSpark, LucidChart
- Experienced in engaging with leaders and teams from different professional backgrounds, from Manufacturing to Legal teams
- Strong analytical skills - visually represent status, progress, milestones, features, requirements, to team and management
- Confident in decision making and the ability to explain processes or choices as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on the ability to clearly communicate with business owners findings and make recommendations
- Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
