Liquid Swords grundades 2021 och har idag ca 40 anställda och kommer växa till ca 100 inom det närmaste året. Vi utvecklar ett open world spel, en genre varifrån vi har decennier av erfarenhet och som vi har kommit att älska eftersom den har noll kreativa gränser och erbjuder våra utvecklare att vidga sina kreativa horisonter. Det samma gäller för oss inom HR, möjligheterna att testa nya idér och arbetssätt är oändliga! Alla grundläggande processer och förmåner finns på plats, nu är det dags att lägga till de intressanta som kommer göra Liquid Swords till ett företag ännu mer i framkant.

Som HR Manager kommer du både arbeta nära våra chefer och projektledare samt Operations som idag består av HR Director, vår rekryterare och Office Manager samt Social Media. Du kommer arbeta som en strategisk, rådgivande och operativ partner som stöttar, coachar och utmanar inom hela HR-området. Du ger vägledning och stöd utifrån de riktlinjer och strategier som finns men mest utifrån din egen erfarenhet. Du kommer vara ansvarig för planering, prioritering och genomförande av HR-initiativ och planer.

About the company

At Liquid Swords focus is making unforgettable open-world action experiences. The release of high-quality, innovative and million-selling games is what defines our success, not the size of investments, staff count or revenue.

Liquid Swords was founded in 2020 by Christofer Sundberg, founder and formerly Chief Creative Officer of Avalanche Studios. The studio is backed financially by Christofer Sundberg and a group of private investors. Our approach to game development is (by games industry standards) a small-studio approach, where our team members contribute with entrepreneurship in their respective field of expertise. The team at Liquid Swords have worked on numerous multi-million selling franchises in the past and their experience and talent will define our roadmap to success.

All our games are developed on the Unreal Engine™, allowing us to adapt the technology to suit our needs but most importantly to focus on content, proving our vision and goals early. Our games are made for the adult core player, where characters, story as well as player freedom are strong features.
