We are looking to expand our Customer support team with three full-time Customer Support Representatives to join our team. We are on the lookout for people who can prioritize in a high-volume environment and understands our client’s needs.
The Customer Support Team is a key part of our Customer Success department which consists of passionate people who take pride in going the extra mile to deliver outstanding service. You will be the first point of contact for helping our clients and working closely with our Customer Success and Product & Engineering team.
We are looking for people who are interested in developing their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace, and a positive and solution-oriented attitude is a must-have.

What you'll do:
As a customer support representative you will be driving our core metrics of user engagement and be the voice of the customer by enabling our customers to adopt planhat.
You will drive adoption by being the go-to guru for our users. The support and guidance you provide will be more than point-based answers. When receiving a request you efficiently work with the customer to find a mutual understanding of how the issue relates to a wider use-case and then guide the user to the smartest solution.
In addition to supporting our core metrics you will over time be involved in future-proofing planhat by ensuring its scalability. This will require your creativity and solution oriented mindset.
