Planhat is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Commercial roles to join us on our journey of growing a remote-first, global tech business. As of today we are over 100 people in 20 different countries.

We already have a sought-after product in place and the happy end-users to prove it. Now, we're scaling up even more and need a strong TA to help us build the team even further.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Planhat, you will work closely with the EMEA management in sourcing, screening and handling candidates through the full recruitment funnel. We also expect you to help convey the message of Planhat as employer and further build out recruiting best practices as we grow.

We are a global remote-first company, with office hubs in Stockholm, London, L.A, Kiev and soon New York City. This means that we are flexible about where you have your base, however European time zone would be preferred as this role is focused on hiring within Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Management team and Hiring Managers in EMEA to further build out the team; including hiring planning and tactics for the Sales, CS and Marketing team
  • Source and screen inbound applications
  • Proactively source candidates, on LinkedIn as well as niche platforms
  • Leverage Planhat network and employee referrals to source candidates
  • Find, evaluate and collaborate with external recruiters when needed
  • Be responsible for the hiring funnel and candidate experience included required administration (we like to automate things, great if you do do!)
  • Together with the rest of the People team, develop recruiting best practises within Planhat
  • Help Planhat be on top of market and candidate trends and requirements to be an attractive employer
