We are now looking for an Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role you will oversee the business and financial operation of Hurtigruten Group and working in frequent interaction with various parts of the organization to get input from the different business units.
You will be accountable for the Group story (analyses, reporting, processes), in addition to following the Group’s selling, general and administration cost.
This is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills on an operational level as you perform a broad range of financial analysis and design and implement overall business plans to set the strategy into action. You will be an important discussion partner for the management and get a deep understanding and insight in our business. The position will report to Head of Group FP&A.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance and financial performance and communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and recommend available sources of Business Intelligence and contribute to the company's business intelligence strategy
- Facilitate the business planning process, including target setting and rolling forecasts
- Be a strategic business partner and provide analysis and reports to support decision-making
- Identify and drive improvements initiatives
- Support the development of business cases and investment analysis
- Prepare financial analysis, cash flow analysis and valuation
- Responsible for financial modelling on corporate and project level
- Conduct industry analysis and market research

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, strategy or similar
- 3+ years of relevant experience (e.g. management consulting, cinancial advisory, FP&A, business controlling, financial management
- Proficiency in excel and preferably knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI
- Strong analytical skills
- Good commercial understanding and strong market orientation
- Excellent team collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
