Skills & Requirements

We are now looking for a service minded Junior IT Office Engineer to join our Oslo office. You will be responsible for giving any Hurtigruten employee who needs physical IT support in the office.

This will be is some of your responsibilities

  • 1st line physical desktop computer support in cooperation our service desk in based Tallin
  • Employee on and off-boarding processes
  • SIM card management
  • Support managers in the purchase of technical equipment
  • Be responsible for stock control of IT-technical items stored in the office
  • computer life cycle management; formatting, re-imaging & recycle
  • Support the usage and adoption of the meeting rooms
  • Service of digital devices in our meeting rooms
  • Replacement of easy-handled hardware. (e.g. HDMI cables, audio boxes)
