As the Director of Talent Acquisition , you will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of everything related to Talent Acquisition at Mentimeter. It is about leading our fab TA team, but it is also about inspiring and engaging the whole organization in attracting and hiring their next colleague.

Your main team consists of 2 TA Business Partners and 5 experienced TA Partners
You will work closely with our 2 people strong TA-team in Canada
You will report directly to Anna Gullstrand, Chief People & Culture Officer
You will be part of the People & Culture Management Team, consisting of CPCO, People Growth Team Lead and People Experience Team Lead, setting the strategic agenda and ensuring cross collaboration and team synergies.
The location of the position is our Stockholm HQ.
