Everyday magic makes 1/3 of your life spent at work worth it. As Office Experience Manager, you will play a role in creating that magic by making a positive impact on the day-to-day to ensure that Mentimeter and the office environment is a fun and inclusive space for our colleagues and guests.
Responsibilities:
General administration and office management
Order, receive and maintain office supplies
Order, receive and assemble new furniture to the office
Order, receive and maintain plants, candles, take away boxes, paper bags, etc.
Spot check and maintain conference rooms
Assisting in creating a food and beverage experience that breathes magic for all our employees
"On the go receptionist”
Welcoming visitors to the office and showing people around.
Coordinating mail and courier deliveries etc
Set the office ambiance throughout the day.
Adjust lights, light candles, play music etc.
Act as the host of our main communal space and build relationships with the people of Menti.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications:
Proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities quickly.
Experience from the hospitality or service industry.
Team-oriented and thoughtful.
Able to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a changing environment.
Able to thoughtfully take direction and constructive feedback.
Diligent, and process-driven, with an eye for detail.
Genuine interest
Eligible to work in Toronto, Canada
Nice to have:

Understanding of the Toronto F&B vendor landscape.
