About the role:
reMarkable has embarked on the journey of becoming a global tech company, with an ambition to help and delight customers worldwide. To reach this goal we need to be able to reach customers and users that are not English speaking. For this, localization to local language, culture and norms is needed. Localization is one of our most important growth initiatives in the upcoming period. The Senior Strategy Manager Localization will be key in realizing this potential.
The localization initiative is a cross functional and complex market expansion initiative. It needs to be managed carefully to make right strategic decisions, and to optimize value and cost along the way. We need a dedicated senior strategy manager to drive strategic decision making related to the initiative, manage the initiative from day to day, and take the initiative from its current planning stage to successful realization.
The Senior Strategy Manager Localization will take a holistic view to define and drive reMarkable’s localization initiative across products, services, value chain, branding, sales, channels and local presence. The role will move between different areas of the organization, and will lead a team of dedicated people from the various functional areas.
