Northvolt is looking for the next passionate and excellent colleague to join Northvolt’s Amplifier Program. As a Northvolt Amplifier, you will work as a high-potential Executive Management Assistant, following a member of Northvolt’s Executive Management for about two years. You will work closely with an Executive and the rest of their Management team and be responsible for daily administration (calendar administration, travel bookings and meeting support) as well as undertake and be part of different projects in the organization, gaining unique insight on how to run an agile and fast-paced company in an evolving industry. You will become part of a close team of Amplifiers who you will interact with on a daily basis.

Integrity, social skills, and a passion for our mission are important factors in a successful journey in the role and as a future leader at Northvolt. As an applicant, you should have a meriting academic background (BSc or MSc), preferably within business or engineering. You are either newly graduated or with 1-2 years of working experience. We value work experience alongside studies or other significant extracurricular commitments highly, as well as experience in a dynamic, international work environment. Speaking Swedish is not mandatory.

Excellent English written and oral skills
Track record of successful project management achievements and demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
Proven experience of exercising good judgment in all tasks
Great communication skills as you will be in constant interaction with team members, customers and other stakeholders. Excellent written and oral English skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Currently, we are recruiting for the next 3 Amplifiers.
1. We are looking for a strong-minded Amplifier to support Northvolt's VP of Automotive & Foundry, Christofer Haux . This role will include frequent travel between our headquarters in Stockholm and our R&D Facility in Västerås.
2. We are looking for a passionate Amplifier to support Northvolt's Chief Environmental Officer , Emma Nehrenheim. This role will include travel between our headquarters in Stockholm and our facility in Västerås.
3. We are looking for a ambitious Amplifier to support Northvolt's Chief People Officer, Cecilia Lundin. This role is is based in Stockholm.
