To strengthen our Corporate Projects and Initiatives team we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be based at Gard's head office in Arendal.
In this role you will:
- Execute and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Apply and develop our methodology/best practice for projects and initiatives
- Apply and develop our project portfolio governance model
- Support the achievement of our corporate strategic aspirations
We are looking for a high energy, self-starting individual with:
- Previous experience from project/portfolio management
- Strong analytical and "big picture thinking" skills
- Passion for change management with strong stakeholder management skills across roles and teams
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
Previous experience from project/portfolio management in the financial or insurance sector will be beneficial, but is not a requirement
