The business unit Food & Health Ingredients within Lantmännen Biorefineries is on an exciting growth journey and we are currently focusing on the development and sales of healthy ingredients for food as well as nutraceuticals. We are now looking for an entrepreneurial and business-oriented Digital Marketer to join us in taking the next steps on this journey.
This is what you will do
In the role as Digital Marketer you will be part of a team of approx. twenty highly skilled commercial and scientific colleagues that work with sales & marketing as well as product & application development. Operations are in a build-up phase and the target is to increase turnover from 300 to around 1000 MSEK in a few years. This will be accomplished through organic growth, new production facilities, strategic co-operations and acquisitions. In the role as Digital Marketer you will be an important part of building a new business within the frames of the Lantmännen group.
Digital marketing is already today an important tool for lead generation and leads conversion both B2B and B2C. We now want to find a person with high skills in this area who wants to take us to the next level. Among else, the role will include the following tasks:
- Execute global marketing activities (mailings, campaigns etc.)
- Secure and measure leads generating digital activities based on content we develop ourselves.
- Developing and designing digital content.
- Optimize content for websites and social media platforms.
- Manage and develop webpages within the Business Unit.
- Track performance of websites, SEO and digital campaigns.
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
You will be based at Lantmännens head-quarter in Stockholm and report to Marketing and Sales Manager Foods within the Unit Food Ingredients & Health.

This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- A relevant education in digital marketing, communication or similar.
- Previous working experience from a similar role.
- Practical knowledge in software such as Google Analytics, Google Ad manager, Meta campaign manager, relevant design software and email marketing platforms.
- Professional skills in both the English and Swedish language, written and spoken.
You are:
- Someone with an entrepreneurial approach.
- A person who to take initiatives and can set and reach target deadlines.
- Analytical skilled with a commercial mind-set.
- A clear communicator.
- Last, but not least, you share our values - Openness, Holistic view, Drive - and our promise of taking responsibility from Field to Fork.
