This is the job

• You support customer-related activities regarding the avionics architecture and the qualification process of different system variants.
• You independently revise and prepare the relevant avionics system requirements and qualification documents.
• You develop avionics system concepts and system design changes.
• You are responsible for problem report analysis and ensuring traceability.
• You identify and document key stakeholder needs, overall system capabilities, roles and responsibilities in the project.

This is what we need

• Degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable degree.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas for airborne systems:
  • Avionic data architecture
  • Test preparation and Validation
  • Rig configuration
• 2 years of professional experience in requirements management.
• ADA language and MBSE knowledge is a plus.
• First knowledge in handling problem reports.
• Tool knowledge with DOORS.
• Work expertise in the field of defence desirable.
• Very good knowledge of English is essential plus very good language skills in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish and / or French are an advantage.
• Citizenship from NAHEMA nations.
• Willingness and ability to carry out a background check in accordance with LuftSiG §7 and to obtain a security clearance Ü2.
• Strong analytical skills, fast comprehension and understanding of complex avionics system concepts.
• Broad knowledge of the systems engineering landscape and architecture combined with a willingness to learn at all times.
• Independent and flexible to travel to different customer premises.
• Team player and a loyal personality with the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly at eye level.
• High level of initiative, flexibility and commitment.
