We are looking for a Lead Systems Administrator to join the team! As a Lead Systems Administrator, you will be part of our Platform team and support VFX Production by ensuring that ILP’s systems and infrastructure are always performing at its best and with a high level of security in mind. Your focus will be on Linux Systems administration and Infrastructure automation.

You will be working in a small and dedicated team and get the opportunity to work with a wide range of systems and tasks. It's very important for us that you have a strong passion for Linux and Automation, to enable us to continue to push the limits of what we can deliver. The tech teams are very collaborative and enthusiastic in building and improving our internal services to support our creative departments.

As a lead you will both lead and participate in the daily work of the Platform team. You will also work closely with the Head of IT, our Tech Coordinator and Leads from other teams to plan and execute our strategy and roadmap.

Experience or interest in the following areas are desirable:

  • Managing a fleet of Linux systems in our data centers.

  • Large scale storage platforms. (Powerscale)

  • HPC - High Performance Computing.

  • High security environments.

  • Infrastructure as Code On-prem and Cloud (Terraform)

  • Configuration management tools (Puppet and Ansible)

  • Lifecycle management (Foreman)

  • Container orchestration (Kubernetes)
