Europe's fastest growing public affairs and strategic communications group recently opened an office in London and we are now scaling up rapidly. Healthcare is one of our largest integrated practice teams, with a strong track record of advising the industry's leading global companies on strategic issues.

As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking an experienced London-based Healthcare Communications & Public Affairs professional to manage existing client accounts, to lead the growth and development of new business, and develop and lead a motivated team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of clients in the Healthcare sector.
  • Leading client programmes that integrate a full range of public affairs and communications strategies both in London and across Europe.
  • Creating and developing innovative client service offerings.
  • Leading on new business proposals and pitches, and leading support teams.
  • Actively engaging with colleagues across the group to develop and implement marketing strategies within the sector.
  • Professional development and coaching of existing staff, and identifying and engaging new talent as required.
  • Setting and managing budgets to effectively support client projects.

Skills & Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • At least 7-10 years’ experience of public affairs, mostly in London.
  • At least part of that experience gained within a Public Affairs consultancy.
  • A significant network of policymakers and stakeholders in UK healthcare.
  • Sound commercial acumen and ability to identify a business opportunity.
  • Leadership skills together with the ability to inspire and develop people.
  • A collaborative and caring approach to working with colleagues in London and across the Group.
  • An inquisitive nature with a desire for learning and innovative practices.
  • A high level of motivation and drive for excellence.

2020Sisenemine Saksamaa turule ning uue kontori avamine Berliinis.

2021We entered the Polish market by establishing a representation office in Warsaw.

2022We opened three new offices in Warsaw, Poland; London, UK and Sofia, Bulgaria. Additionally we welcomed VA Communications of Latvia and CNTVRS, France to our group! In total, adding five new markets to our footprint.
