Our Research and Development team are hiring a new position for a skilled Research Coordinator. At MORROW we believe in a collaborative approach, gathering the information from leading organizations. This is true when it comes to suppliers, cell components and manufacturing, but equally so when considering more exploratory and fundamental research. This means that we are already now involved in many Softfunding projects (i.e. projects based on grants or advisory meetings), and more to come.
This key role will be responsible for coordinating between the various partners: in the initial application phase, while the projects are running, and as the project needs to be wrapped up in a report. Writing the technical input to the applications, the final report and coordinating ongoing projects will be your main effort in your day to day.
Morrow has of today four chemistries that our R&D department is developing into battery cells. Your job will mostly be concerned with the LNMO//C chemistry.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide the technical input for Softfunding applications
- Write the reports for Softfunding projects, based on data and bullet lists provided by the involved experts
- Coordinate Softfunding projects to ensure that Morrow delivers on our milestones, but also in regards to sample or component shipments, and to ensure that Morrows plans are aligned with the partners plans.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
- Bachelors's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
Specific Skills/Abilities
- Self-driven
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic startup environment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks
- Please attach any publications you might have written as a first author
- Experience with Softfunding or other applications is appreciated
