THIS IS THE JOB

  • Providing subject matter expertise to Capgemini Engineering clients on a range of sustainability in supply chains topics including creation of a framework from gap analysis to developing a holistic roadmap.
  • Establishing a supplier engagement plan to augment their practices and handholding of smaller suppliers.
  • Assisting with the delivery of sustainable supply chain projects for clients with a focus on implementing sustainable sourcing solutions, green asset lifecycle management and environmental monitoring & compliance solutions
  • Circular Economy strategy definition: research and trends analysis, identification and assessment of circular risks and opportunities, development of strategy.
  • Keeping a pulse on industry trends, constantly seeking out best practices and benchmark against peers.
  • Strategic market assessment, identification of new clients, expansion of services to existing clients.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

  • Masters degree in sustainability, environmental studies, business or another related program
  • Strong Knowledge of EU-Taxonomy , CO2 targeting activities, Science Based Target initiative, Carbon Disclosure Project
  • First working experience in related fields
  • A team-player who demonstrates the willingness and ability to work effectively in diverse teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
  • A critical thinker with a strong eye for detail and creative in problem solving
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in German and English
