  • You will be responsible for the Value Stream Mapping (review and update of process) and related integration to dynamic flow simulation that reflect the latest industrial baseline
  • Run @ Rate (coordination and drumbeating), protocol and modules update
  • You will support the preparing and deploying Lean Methodology and Guidelines (standard, coordination and drumbeating)
  • You will be in charge of the Documentation and consolidation of reports for different Maturity Gates related with Industrialisation


  • Completed Studies in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace engineering or similar
  • Experience in Airbus projects especially in Single Aisle production
  • Experience in Value Stream Mapping of production processes (hangar, stations and production line level)
  • Experience in Run @ Rate methodologies, modules and protocols
  • Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing principles especially in AOS (Airbus Operating Systems) methodologies
  • Project Management experience
  • Good communication and Self-organization skills
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
