About the role
We are currently looking to expand the talent acquisition team with two recruitment advisors.
As our new Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be overall responsible for the organic growth in a dedicated department, which plays a vital role in our organization. You will be owning all the recruitment related tasks for your department. Luckily you won’t be alone - we are building a strong team whom you’ll be working with, in addition to cooperating with leading vendors within Talent Acquisition.
We believe you are proactive, collaborative, and systematic by nature, you show grit and get triggered by driving things forward in a fast-phased organization. You continue to look for ways to improve, take ownership naturally, and have a holistic approach. You are interested in people and their stories, always wanting to learn something new.
Further tasks and responsibilities
Lead our recruitment efforts towards one of our departments (i.g. design, marketing, technology) and help out with recruitment in other parts of the organization if needed
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes by cooperating with hiring managers based on needs
Ensure desired delivery with relevant vendors when needed
Work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition and our other Recruitment Advisors to ensure on-track towards our hiring roadmap
Partner up with department leads and People advisors to understand business objectives and talent needs
Proactively use your sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent in the market
Guide and train hiring managers on best practices within recruitment (assessment, project/process management, and candidate experience)
Together with the team continuously work on how we can provide excellent candidate journeys
Contribute to People & Culture oriented projects like; workforce planning, driving employer branding agenda for your area as well as identifying projects and initiatives to improve our People roadmap
Who are you?
You have solid experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast scaling environment working end-to-end
You put the candidate first and take pride in providing a first-class candidate experience
In-depth knowledge of best practices within sourcing on different platforms (e.g LinkedIn Recruiter), preferably within design, marketing or technology
Strong in stakeholder management
By nature, you are highly collaborative and enjoy working with others
You are structured and can prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
English and preferably Scandinavian language skills at a business level
Higher education (BSc, MSc or equivalent) within a relevant field
