YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US
As a Junior Consultant Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Project Management, you will reinforce our Procurement, Supply Chain or Project Management Team and help us accompany our customers in the successful conduct of their procurement projects/ supply chain operations. As part of your role, you will:
- Assist stakeholders on procurement/supply chain lead projects.
- Implement supplier processes on call for tender/RfI/RfP.
- Coordinate involvement of 3rd functions in those processes.
- Perform supplier price analysis, manage purchase orders within ERP systems.
- Administrate supplier contracts (amending, archiving,…) to account for requirement changes & new regulations.
- Assist our consulting team in improving, standardizing procurement processes and guidelines throughout our procurement project portfolio and the customer organization.
- Assist our customers in implementing the project governance strategy through the different phases of the project lifecycle.
- Support in day-to-day project management tasks such as planning updates, budget monitoring, risk management.
- Identify new use cases and assist the implementation of methods and tools to support them.
YOU CONVINCE US WITH
- VIE criteria - Have European nationality.
- VIE criteria - Be under 28 years old. *VIE criteria - Not have declared more than 9500€ salary in Germany.
- Completed university degree such as Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Procurement Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering/Management, Purchasing, Logistics or related field.
- First experience in the industry and/or in Procurement/Supply Chain.
- Good knowledge and affinity working with digital collaboration tools.
- Pro-active and autonomy, ability to coordinate and work in team.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience & knowledge of ERP systems/software (SAP ERP Hana,…) is nice to have.
- Experience working in Airbus environment & Technical knowledge of Airbus Procurement/Supply Chain processes is nice to have.
- Fluent level in English and good knowledge of German
