As Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for Build Hurtigruten to be and maintain the preferred supplier relationships and deliver an ROI equal to this status among trade partners on the destinations we sail. Grow Hurtigruten reputation within the trade as the world leader in exploration travel. Develop effective sales and channel strategies to drive and strengthen each step of the sales funnel based on insights and relationships in the distribution system. Lead the planning and development of go to market strategies. Coach, manage, support and drive the Regional Sales team in a performance-based culture. Adapt, localize and implement Global Sales initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness and speed to market. Track and manage trade-related performance across traditional and non-traditional distribution.
