What you’ll be doing
Your main responsibility is to support our team in finding the best candidates on the market
Identify and attract passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases
Creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
Collaborate closely with our Head of People & Culture and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
A curious mind and grit is what you need the most in this position. You may have some recruitment or sales experience backed by an academic degree. But this job is more about your potential than your past. At Jobylon, we value personality first and will give you all the tools needed to succeed regardless of previous experience, but we believe that it can be valuable if you possess the following experience and qualities:
Experience of talent sourcing across EMEA, within a software or technology business.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to be able to speak to and connect to people easily
Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus
