We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to join the Customer Transactions team at our head office in Arendal, Norway.
The members of the team, located in Arendal and Hong Kong, deliver high quality support to our Underwriters as part of Gard's marine insurance activities worldwide.
In this role, you will:
Onboard customers
Enter and maintain client and broker information
Enter and maintain policy and premium data
Produce and distribute insurance and invoice documentation
Conduct KYC checks
Support Underwriting with other administrative tasks
Respond to customer queries
Skills and Requirements:
