We are now looking for a German speaking Technical Support Engineer, to join our team in Poznan.

In this role you will provide technical support by online chat, community, email and phone, mainly but not limited to our German-speaking customers and partners.

Key responsibilities in this role

• Provide technical support to our customers and partners
• Support our Customer Service teams with knowledge and expertise
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence future product improvement and development
• Create and modify documentation and articles, following KCS methodology

What we expect you to bring to the table

• Ability to explain technical matters in laymen’s terms
• In-depth technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, client and server
• Good knowledge of LAN and WAN networking
• System administration experience in SMB or SME environments
• Ability to perform detailed log analysis and deep troubleshooting
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Strong customer focused attitude
• Good collaboration skills to fit into our international work environment
