Skanska Group HQ is seeking a group consolidation specialist with focus on IFRS to Group Function Reporting & Accounting, a team of 8 Group consolidation specialist reporting to the Senior Vice President Reporting and Accounting.
The team is responsible for implementing new accounting standards, updates of the Skanska accounting manual and answering accounting questions from the Business Units. They secure that the group consolidation during the quarters is correctly reported and presented. Each member of the team has responsibility for specific accounting areas within Group consolidation.
The person we are going to replace, due to retirement, has responsibility for pensions, taxes and financial instrument within Group consolidation. He has also a specific focus on IFRS together with others in the team. You will have the opportunity to work together with him for a longer handover.
Your key tasks & responsibilities
You will also have regular contact with the business units in both Sweden and internationally when it comes to accounting and reporting issues, which can involve travel occasionally

We are looking for an experienced specialist with excellent communicational skills - with many different kinds of stakeholders is that especially important. You are analytical, organized and accurate with great skills in planning and prioritizing – not getting stuck to long with the details.
