We are proud to have gotten the opportunity to help Pricer recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator to their HQ in Stockholm. This is a new role at Pricer which means that you to a great extent will be able to form the contents of your daily work.
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits coordinator to be responsible for all the areas that cover the employment field for the employees, such as compensation, benefits, pension, parental leave and more.
You will be responsible for contacts and communication with the payroll supplier. You will provide them with the data and information they need and you will also be responsible for making a review of existing payroll contractors globally and make necessary changes depending on the result of the review. You will be working with developing routines, processes and workflows and will be the go-to person when it comes to Comp & Ben issues from the managers globally.
This is a role that contains both operational and strategic work, and you will be able to make a great impact on Pricer´s future Comp & Ben function.
Who are you?
You have a background of working with Payroll / Comp & Ben, for example employed in a payroll supplier company, and are now curious of working on “the other side of the table” or in a payroll/ HR department in an international environment. Maybe you have worked with accounting and has also been in charge of Payroll and Comp & Ben. You need to understand the whole payroll process, be fluent in English and Swedish and if you speak French is it a great advantage. You are used to working in a global context and are interested in developing processes. We think you like working in a fast pace environment, are service minded, curious and have integrity.
